Preferred Requirements of Production Worker/Laborer:
Dependability to be consistently at work and on time with ability to work overtime as required Fundamental listening, verbal, and written communication skills Fundamental math skills including knowledge of fractions and decimals Basic measuring skills using tape measure and micrometers Finger and manual dexterity to perform job duties with standing and/or bending capability during normal phase duties Moderate to heavy Lifting capability (up to 65 lbs.
) Team member mentality with ability to follow safety and standard operating procedures with a quality assurance mindset and adherence to proper PPE requirements.
Schedule of Production Worker/Laborer:
Monday - Friday Weekend work if necessary 8 hour shifts Overtime when necessary Compensation and Benefits of Production Worker/Laborer:
$19.
